For countries other than Taiwan, due to the delivery time and cost of the goods, returns and exchanges are not provided. We will fully confirm that the goods are flawless before sending them out. Please confirm that they are acceptable before placing an order.
For Taiwan, we dedicate to providing you with a pleasant retail experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply send an email to service@triplelivings.com and our Customer Service will be in touch with you. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
Return/exchange condition:
Based on Taiwan's law, we offer product returns for items within 7 days upon receipt of shipment. The return item must be under following conditions:
- The return item must be in the new/original condition with all tags and packing attached.
- Item must not be used.
- Upon dispute, CELEMENT LAB reserves the right to make the final decision.
Refund:
- We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email from order message.
- If the reason for your return/exchange is not a result of our error, the costs of the return/exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be offered only after we receive the return item.
